Being us the fourth generation owned by the house.<\/p><p>Do\u00f1a Concha Coderch, wife of Pere Jubert, a native of Madrid, enjoyed the house by the hand of her husband Pere Jubert, a great sailor and very close friend of his friends, including Josep Pla who dedicated the prologue to him in the\u00a0 book, Notes de Capvesprol.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2699 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/apartmentscasaconcha.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/41sBS9zsanL-200x300-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p><p>\u201cQuan jo era adolescent vaig tenir molta relaci\u00f3, a Calella de Palafrugell, amb el senyor Pere Jubert, fill de don Manuel Jubert, que tenia, a la vila, una f\u00e0brica de taps que venia a Anglaterra, per tapar les ampolles de whisky. El vell senyor Jubert es constru\u00ed una casa a pla\u00e7a Nova de Palafrugell i hi pos\u00e0, com a ins\u00edgnia nobili\u00e0ria, una bala de taps i res m\u00e9s. El vell senyor Jubert \u2013que ara veig com si visqu\u00e9s\u2013 fou un home d\u2019estatura petita per\u00f2 de veu fosca i contundent. Sempre tingu\u00e9 una tartana i un cavall i un mosso que en deien el mosso de can Jubert. La fam\u00edlia Jubert tingu\u00e9 sempre relaci\u00f3 amb la fam\u00edlia Patxot, de Sant Feliu de Gu\u00edxols, fam\u00edlia enormement rica, que feia de vegades excursions per la costa, en una barca de la seva propietat, en la qual sempre es trobava, com a invitat, el compositor Juli Garreta. Solien fer escala a Calella per saludar els Jubert, i \u00e9s per aquesta ra\u00f3 que vaig con\u00e8ixer, essent molt jove, el m\u00fasic Garreta.<\/p><p>El senyor Pere Jubert fou molt donat a pescar i a navegar per les costes de Calella. En un\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ca.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Gussi\">gussi<\/a>\u00a0de la seva propietat, que tenia un pal i una\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ca.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Vela_llatina\">vela de martell<\/a>, anava a cap de Planes, a les Formigues, al cap de Sant Sebasti\u00e0 i fins i tot als Ullastres, que s\u00f3n uns rocs que hi ha sobre el cap i que tenen fama de ser molt peixaters. Ara, el m\u00f3n del senyor Pere \u2013que de vegades parlava enrogallat com el seu pare \u2013era el cap de Planes, Font Morisca, cap Roig i els Forcats. A l\u2019hora baixa, hora foscant, el senyor Jubert arribava a la platja de davant del seu domicili indefectiblement. Sempre havia pescat una cosa o altra, i aix\u00f2 li representava un sopar de peix fresc. De vegades em trobava en aquella platja i l\u2019ajudava a hissar el bot en terra. Parlo ara de l\u2019estiu. El vent de garb\u00ed havia parat a les set, hora del sol \u2013el vent de garb\u00ed, a les set a dormir\u2013, i la calma de vent era total en el pa\u00eds. El mar no es movia. El crepuscle feia una bassa d\u2019oli. El nostre petit m\u00f3n semblava susp\u00e8s.<\/p><p>\u2013Senyor Pere \u2013li vaig dir un dia\u2013, deu haver remat molt, per arribar a Calella.<\/p><p>\u2013No senyor! \u2013em respongu\u00e9 rient\u2013. He hissat el tall de vela que porto al pal i he arribat a Calella, amb calma, perfectament.<\/p><p>\u2014Per\u00f2, perdoni, el vent de garb\u00ed s\u2019ha calmat a les set.<\/p><p>\u2013He vingut amb el capvesprol, en popa rod\u00f3.<\/p><p>\u2013Perdoni, qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el\u00a0<em>capvesprol<\/em>? \u00c9s una paraula que no havia sentit a dir mai.<\/p><p>\u2013El capvesprol \u00e9s una ramiola de vent, que es produeix quan para el vent de garb\u00ed. Vaig sentir la ramiola al clatell, vaig hissar el tros de vela que porto i amb la calma corresponent fins aqu\u00ed.<\/p><p>El capvesprol\u2026 La paraula \u00e9s bonica.<\/p><p>Sebasti\u00e0 Puig (a) Herm\u00f3s no estigu\u00e9 mai conforme amb aquesta paraula. Del capvesprol, ell en deia el vent penyal. El vent de les penyes \u2013el vent que baixa, en una costa abrupta, de la costa del litoral. Un dia, trobant\u2013nos l\u2019Herm\u00f3s i jo sobre el cap de Salines, a l\u2019inici de la costa de Torroella, en una calma blanca, em digu\u00e9:<\/p><p>\u2013Ara enfilarem el coster de Torroella i amb el vent penyal arribarem a la Clota, perfectament, i a Riells. De Riells fins a l\u2019Escala haurem de remar com uns for\u00e7ats. A Riells la costa \u00e9s baixa, i, si \u00e9s calma, no hi fa cap vent.<\/p><p>I aix\u00ed fou exactament.<\/p><p>El senyor Pere Jubert, de la ramiola de vent que es produeix quan amaina el vent de garb\u00ed \u2013s\u2019ent\u00e9n sempre a l\u2019estiu i amb bon temps\u2013, en deia el capvesprol. L\u2019Herm\u00f3s en deia el vent penyal \u2013sempre que la costa fos abrupta. Ara, els espais de la costa en qu\u00e8 es produ\u00efren aquests noms s\u00f3n molt iguals. Ara: el vent penyal \u00e9s molt exacte; per\u00f2 el capvesprol m\u2019agrada m\u00e9s. Potser m\u2019equivoco. \u00c9s per aquesta ra\u00f3 que he titulat aquest llibre \u00abNotes del capvesprol\u00bb. Qu\u00e8 podia fer?
